DESCRIPTION
The Reformer Pilates Yellow Tension Cord cord is 40% lighter than the standard black cord and when doing many of the exercises, it can be harder with less resistance.
The addition of the yellow cord to your reformer machine allows you to strengthen core muscles.
Why do we recommend it?
• Allows you to replace or change the combination of cords available.
• Gives your reformer a new life.
• Upgrade your old reformer: if your reformer only has black cords, you can replace them with a new red cord and/or a new yellow cord, increasing the possible combinations to up to 11 resistance levels.
• Suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
The Yellow cord offers less resistance than a black cord (approximately 40% less). Depending on the exercise, it allows you to engage less-trained muscles and progress gradually towards more intense exercises; or, by providing less guidance and support, it makes the workout more challenging.
Compatible with all cord based AeroPilates reformers.
